Superior Design Concepts has 35 years of experience in designing and manufacturing components for the defense, automotive, and industrial controls markets. We can provide a competitive solution for design and manufacturing needs. Superior Design Concepts specializes in custom components manufacturing from difficult or exotic materials. We design and machine a variety of stainless steel, titanium, aluminum and plastic components.

Superior Design Concepts has experience in designing a variety of hydraulic and pneumatic controls components with pressure ranging from hundreds to thousands of psi. We have designed and built cylinders, valves, test stands, and actuators for various mobile and static applications.

Superior Design Concepts has worked on projects on a contractual basis. Due to our extensive knowledge base in machining and hydraulics we can help in contract planning and guidance for companies that need an edge in acquiring government and military contracts.

Jerry Czubatyj, lead engineer at Superior Design Concepts, has a masters of science degree in mechanical engineering. He has extensive knowledge of fluid dynamics and systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, and fuels) as well as experience working with high voltage battery electronics and hybrid technologies. His lead machinist has extensive machining experience and training in programming CNC mills and Lathes. This combination allows Superior Design Concepts to generate themost cost efficient solution to engineering challenges.
